We're a Chicago marketplace that helps event hosts save money and reduce waste. Sellers list professionally designed florals after their event, and buyers purchase them at a lower cost. We make it simple.

🟑What kinds of events can list florals?

Any event with professionally designed florals, weddings, corporate galas, milestone celebrations, you name it. If florals were part of your event, you can list them.

🟑When can I list my florals?

List florals as soon as you sign your contract. However, we restrict listings to at least 30 days before your event to allow for smoother communication and easy pick-up coordination.

🟑Will this affect how my event florals look?

Most cut florals remain event-ready for 3–5 days after the initial event. Flower type, water source, temperature, and handling can extend their life even further.

🟑How much money can I make?

It depends on your florals and demand. You keep 80% of the sale price (we retain 20%). Payment is released within 24 hours of successful pickup.

🟑Do sellers have to do drop-offs or deliveries?

Event hosts coordinate pickup times and locations in advance through the platform. In the event the listing doesn't sell or is canceled within 24 hrs. of the event, we will pick up and donate the florals at no cost to the seller.

🟑Can I have someone else handle my drop-off/pick-up?

We want this to be smooth and need to ensure both parties are comfortable. Alternative contacts can be used to represent both parties. Additional alternative contacts must be communicated prior to the event date to allow clear communication.

🟑If I list my florals, will they sell?

We can’t guarantee a sale, but many listings do sell when priced competitively and listed early. Cost-conscious and sustainability-minded buyers are looking for smarter alternatives. When arrangements don’t find their next host, we work with local nursing homes to ensure florals are donated rather than wasted.

🟑Is this safe and reliable?

Yes, payments and communication happen through the platform with integrations from trusted third-party services, so expectations are clear and everyone is protected.

🟑Can the florals work for different types of events?

Absolutely, the same florals can feel elegant, playful, modern, or romantic depending on your overall styling. Florals are an important accessory, but the overall look depends on you. We encourage creativity while helping you save.

🟑How much will I actually save?

Buyers save an average of 50% compared to retail pricing from the same florist. Every listing shows the original florist receipt so you know exactly what you’re saving.

🟑Can I see the flowers before I buy them?

We provide the same level of visibility you’d get when ordering from a professional florist for a fraction of the price. Every listing includes an image of the florist's receipt and inspiration photos shared with the specific florist. Still, the industry standard allows variability due to seasonality and supply chain.

🟑What if the flowers look different from the photos?

Natural variation is expected and consistent with florist industry standards. Differences in exact blooms, shades, and composition may occur. However, listings must accurately represent the overall design, scale, and value. If they don’t, you’re fully protected.

🟑When do I actually pay?

Buyers pay at the time of reservation. To ensure protection and eligibility for refunds, all communication and coordination must happen through the EventsTwice platform.

🟑Are there any hidden fees?

No. The listed price is exactly what you pay. No service fees, no delivery fees, no surprises.

🟑How do I transport the flowers?

You will need access to a car. We recommend you bring blankets or towels to cushion the arrangements and have space cleared in your vehicle so flowers can sit flat and stable.
