Welcome to EventsTwice. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EventsTwice website, marketplace, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  1. About EventsTwice

EventsTwice is a marketplace platform that connects users who list event florals (“Hosts”) with users who purchase those florals (“Buyers”). EventsTwice is not a florist, event planner, venue, carrier, or delivery service.

EventsTwice does not own, create, inspect, or guarantee any listings.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using EventsTwice, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

  1. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

All activity that occurs under your account

EventsTwice may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. Marketplace Listings Hosts

Hosts are responsible for:

Accurately describing florals and availability

Setting pricing and listing terms

Complying with applicable laws and venue policies

EventsTwice does not guarantee that listings will result in a sale.

Buyers

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details and agreeing to terms before purchasing.

  1. Transactions and Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. EventsTwice:

Does not store full payment card details

Is not responsible for payment processing errors or delays

Fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to completing a transaction.

  1. No Guarantee of Condition or Outcome

EventsTwice does not guarantee:

The condition, quality, freshness, or appearance of florals

That florals will meet Buyer expectations

That a transaction will be completed successfully

All transactions occur at users’ own risk.

  1. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are governed by:

The terms set by Hosts in their listings

Any applicable platform policies

EventsTwice may, but is not obligated to, assist with dispute resolution and does not guarantee outcomes.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misrepresent listings or event details

Circumvent the platform to complete transactions off-site

Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Violate any applicable laws

EventsTwice may remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.

  1. Venues, Planners, and Third-Party Partners

Venues and planners may participate as partners but are not parties to transactions unless explicitly stated. EventsTwice is not responsible for venue policies, access issues, or third-party actions.

  1. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology belong to EventsTwice or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit content without permission.

Users grant EventsTwice a limited license to use listing content for platform operation and marketing.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” EVENTSTWICE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

EVENTSTWICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

EVENTSTWICE’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO EVENTSTWICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EventsTwice from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services

Your listings or purchases

Your violation of these Terms

  1. Termination

EventsTwice may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform or users.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  1. Changes to These Terms

EventsTwice may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
